The Talent Roster serves two primary purposes:

• help those seeking out our community get connected to job opportunities and speed up the process, and
• help local employers fill roles. 

Candidate information is not to be distributed, sold or shared with anyone outside of your recruiting and onboarding process. 

Report back. To ensure this program is a success, we need two-way communication. Please share with us when you make a successful hire. And remember, we always want to hear your feedback on what's working and what we might need to improve. 

Show love and care. We've curated a list to aid your recruiting efforts and help candidates choose Buffalo. Review candidate information thoroughly and avoid spamming them.. 

• The Talent Roster isn't meant to replace any internal hiring process you may have. However, time is of the essence — and these candidates have already expressed an interest in our community. We aren't asking for any special favors, but it is essential to ensure a smooth process in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with your internal hiring team to ensure candidates aren't being contacted multiple times by the same employer. 

Offenders will be removed from the Talent Roster distribution list.
